Returns and Refunds

At A Squared Designs we want our customers to be 100% satisfied. Apply within the first 7 days after receiving product for a complete no questions asked refund. Please e-mail asquareddesigns.com to send request. If product is damaged or defective please send photo of item with e-mail. If item is not used or damaged you may apply in the first 30 days of receiving product for a in store credit. No refund of any kind on custom orders so please check the confirmation email you receive that everything is correct. If its within the first 7 days and product is damaged or defective we will provide you with a shipping label at no charge. However if return is no fault to us customer must pay return shipping. You may cancel orders  the first 24 hours after purchase. Refunds will be issued in the same way payment was received. Once product has been received and evaluated refund will be issued in 1-2 business days. A Squared Designs reserves the right to refuse any refund if we suspect foul play. Customer satisfaction is our main goal if you are unhappy for any reason please contact us.

Shipping

Customer is responsible for cost of shipping. A Squared Designs uses standard shipping please allow 2-7 days for delivery. Once package is delivered to mail carrier I will send you a e-mail including the tracking number. A Squared Designs is not responsible for any lost or damaged items once package has been shipped. The store is not responsible for tracking your item if there is a problem you must do that yourself.
